A-1 Advanced Moving & Storage, Inc., provides professional service at an affordable price. Our trained professionals can pack, protect, load and unload your items. We offer residential and commercial packing, moving, and storage services. Our prices for local and intra-state moves are based on an HOURLY RATE or a FLAT RATE.

Please Note: the peak season for all moving companies is from May 15th through September 15th. This is when space books up fast and you need to plan your move as much in advance as possible to obtain the date and times you prefer. Every "End of Month" is also very busy for moving companies due to lease and rental changes, so again, plan ahead.

Hourly Rate: Based on the number of movers in the crew with a minimum number of hours (We do add a trip charge on certain zip codes.); additional charge(s) apply for special handling items or items that weigh over 200 pounds. The crews’ clock starts when they arrive and they are on the clock until they have completed your move.

Information needed to obtain an Hourly Rate is:
1) Zip code moving from.
2) Zip code moving to.
3) If any stairs are involved, the number of flights.
4) If any elevator is involved, what floor.
5) The number of rooms of furniture involved.
6) If there are any "Special Handling" items or items weighing over two hundred pounds individually - additional charge will apply (i.e. but not limited to: pianos, organs, juke boxes, pool tables, glass showcases, big screen TV's, grandfather clocks, fireproof safes or fire-proof file cabinets).

Flat Rate: A guaranteed price for your move based on variables you supply.

Information needed to obtain a Flat Rate is:
1) Zip code moving from.
2) Zip code moving to.
3) If any stairs are involved, the number of flights.
4) If any elevator is involved, what floor.
5) A complete inventory of items you wish to be moved by the movers.
6) If distance from your door to where the truck is parked is greater than 75'.
7) Any additional services you need (disassembly, reassembly, etc.)

Load Or Unload Your Rental Truck

Local Moves (Less than fifty miles)
